大采高工作面复用巷道二次注浆加固技术

Technology of Secondary Grouting in Remained Roadway at Large Mining Height Panel

摘要: 为了解决大采高工作面复用巷道留设困难的问题,实施二次注浆加固技术。通过对矿压显现规律和巷道变形破坏规律的分析,确定了二次注浆加固的方案,使用新型注浆材料,对二次注浆加固的工艺参数进行了优化设计,并使用现场监测和FLAC3D数值模拟软件对二次注浆加固效果进行验证分析。试验结果表明:二次注浆加固后,锚固结构的支护效率和破碎煤体的整体性得到了提升,复用巷道两帮移近量减少73%,顶底板移近量减少51%,有效地解决了复用巷道的留设困难问题。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of remained roadway is hard to be reserve in large mining height panel, this paper uses the secondary grouting reinforcement technology. To analyze the the strata - press behaviors and the roadway's deformational and destructive law,make the plan of secondary grouting reinforcement, use the high-efficient materials, optimized design the process parameters of the secondary grouting reinforcement , through the field observation and FLAC3D numerical simulation to check and analyze the grouting results. The test and numerical simulation results both indicate that after grouting reinforced , the displace between both sides of remained roadway reduces more than 65%, roof to floor displacement reduces more than 51% ,this technology solves the problem of remained roadway is hard to be reserved effectively.
